Like clockwork, each New Year presents all of us with a time to break out renewed resolutions. Aims are necessary in life , but it’s important to ask this question: what are we aiming at and why?
Too often people make often unsustainable vows. Or take aim at something without checking to see if Jesus is in it.
It’s a way that seems “normal” and right, but without His input done His way, vows and resolutions often lead to a lifestyle of disillusionment and disappointment.
As Ryan Kibbe shares with us this Sunday,
His ways, are not our ways.
The world makes vows.
He makes friends.
People of focus with heaven’s goals in mind to win the world.
